Willard Bronstein

Bill founded our firm in 1975 after successfully working for Hertz Truck Leasing & PepsiCo Truck Leasing for over a decade. Bill recognized that there was an exciting & unique opportunity on the other side of the table where he could advise and assist the lease customer on how to negotiate effectively, save money and secure more favorable contractual agreements. After several years as a solo entrepreneur, Bill welcomed Larry Feldman as his business partner in this growing & challenging venture. Bill's passion & persistence on behalf of our clients remains as strong today as it was back in 1975. Bill is a proud Army veteran and a graduate of Temple University. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family - especially his grandchildren - on the beach at the Jersey Shore.

Lawrence Feldman

Prior to joining Bill Bronstein in 1977, Larry held various sales positions at Hertz Truck Leasing (the predecessor company of Penske Truck Leasing) rising to Division VP of Sales before going becoming the VP/Regional Manager of PepsiCo Truck Leasing, Northeast. After PepsiCo exited the truck leasing & rental businesses, Larry worked for its successor companies until he decided to join International Lease Consultants as Bill's partner focusing on New York & New England. Larry is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Greenwich, CT.

Richard Bronstein

Richard joined International Lease Consultants in 2000. In the beginning, he joined the company to expand its Marketing but that quickly become a full-time Consultant. Under the direct tutelage of his father, Bill Bronstein, Richard developed his knowledge of the truck leasing industry. Today, Richard works alongside his father, oversees much of the day-to-day business including new business opportunities & client relationship management. Richard has a BA in Communications from Temple University. He currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife and son and has a life-long passion for Philadelphia sports teams.

Stephen Feldman

Steve joined International Lease Consultants in 2010. Prior to that, he spent nearly twenty years working in sales, operations, marketing and management positions with leading food & beverage wholesalers, retailers & manufacturers including Stow Mills (now United Natural Foods, Inc.), Nantucket Nectars, Concord Provisions and Living Harvest Foods. Steve is a graduate of Middlebury College with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.

Terry J. Peters

President, International Lease Consultants (Mount Laurel)

Terry has spent the majority of his professional career in the truck leasing industry. Terry began his career with Ryder Truck Rental in 1978 and won numerous Regional Sales awards as a Lease Account Manager in the Mid-Atlantic Region before being recruited by Rollins Truck Leasing. As the Director of National Rental Development at Rollins, Terry was responsible for new customer development and was instrumental in developing their National Rental program, which helped produce record sales years for the Lease product line of the company. In 1986, Terry joined a regional family-owned truck leasing company as Vice President of Sales and, with his sales team, more than doubled the company's lease revenues & customer base. He joined International Lease Consultants in 1990. Terry is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BS Degree in Business Management.

Derek Laprise

Derek started his career in the United States Marine Corps. After proudly serving our country, he carried the core competencies of dedication, leadership, loyalty and a strong work ethic with him to Penske Truck Leasing where he was awarded "Rookie of the Year" and then joined the elite sales team, achieving "Winners Circle" recognition for multiple consecutive years. Derek continued his success at Ryder Transportation where he worked on the rental side of the business & worked closely with the service department where he recognized the value of prime asset management. He focused on sales development with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction in his role as Lease Manager. Expanding his expertise, Derek transitioned into a national account position where he worked with companies' C-level management to develop strategic national fleet programs. Derek joined ILC in 2011 and utilizes his background, knowledge and industry expertise to successfully develop & implement customized, winning solutions for companies who operate a variety of truck, tractor & trailer fleets.

Rebeca Bittner

Rebeca joined ILC's New York office in 1998 after working for Lily Transportation for many years. The experience she gained working for a regional truck leasing & dedicated contract carrier benefits our customers on a daily basis. Rebeca's responsibilities include client services, financial analyses, invoice auditing/tracking, office administration and vendor relations. Rebeca lives in NYC and is the proud mother of three.
